Processing time
Every piece at The Artisan Punk is made to order, so please allow 2–4 working days for your item to be made before it’s dispatched. This applies whether you’ve chosen one of our existing designs or a fully custom piece — production begins once your order is confirmed.
If you need your piece by a specific date, get in touch before ordering at hello@theartisanpunk.com and we’ll do our best to accommodate you.
Delivery time
We deliver to UK addresses only. Once your order has been made and dispatched, delivery typically takes:
- UK standard: 2–5 working days via Royal Mail
- UK next day, or heavier items: next-day delivery via DPD
These are estimates from our couriers and are not guaranteed. Delivery times are in addition to the processing time above.
Shipping costs
Shipping costs are shown at checkout based on your order. Free UK delivery on orders of £25 or more.
Order tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information where available.
Delays
We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers or events outside our reasonable control, though we’ll always keep you updated if a delay affects your order. This doesn’t affect your statutory rights if goods are lost or damaged in transit.
