Every design we make is our own. Artwork, engraving designs, hand-drawn pieces and custom commissions are designed by us, by hand and in our own design software. AI is not used to design any artwork.
Where we do use AI
We use AI for one job: generating product mockup images. A mockup shows how a design looks on a finished piece — a crystal on a shelf, a mirror on a wall — without us making a physical sample just to photograph it.
Why
Making a sample of every design and size to photograph uses real crystal, acrylic, wood and filament that would otherwise be wasted. Mockups let us show you the piece while keeping material waste down.
What you receive
The piece you order is made in our workshop, to order, by us. Where a product photo is a mockup, the finished piece follows the same design; hand-finished materials mean small variations in colour, grain and finish from piece to piece.
