Welcome to The Artisan Punk! The terms "we", "us" and "our" refer to The Artisan Punk. The Artisan Punk operates this store and website, including all related information, content, features, tools, products and services in order to provide you, the customer, with a curated shopping experience (the "Services"). The Artisan Punk is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.
The below terms and conditions, together with any policies referenced herein (these "Terms of Service" or "Terms") describe your rights and responsibilities when you use the Services.
Please read these Terms of Service carefully, as they include important information about your legal rights and cover areas such as warranty disclaimers and limitations of liability.

To use the Services, including accessing or browsing our online store or purchasing any of the products or services we offer, you may be asked to provide certain information, such as your email address, billing, payment, and shipping information. You represent and warrant that all the information you provide is correct, current and complete and that you have all rights necessary to provide this information.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all account activity. You may not transfer, sell, assign, or license your account to any other person.
SECTION 2 — OUR PRODUCTS
We make every effort to provide an accurate representation of our products in our online store. However, colours or product appearance may differ from how they appear on your screen due to your device and its settings.
Many of our products are handcrafted or made using laser cutting, engraving, or 3D printing techniques, and are made to order. Because of this, minor variations in colour, texture, grain, or finish between pieces are normal and are not considered faults.
All product descriptions are subject to change at any time without notice at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time and may limit quantities offered to any person or region.
SECTION 3 — ORDERS AND MADE-TO-ORDER ITEMS
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline your order for any reason at our discretion. Your order is not accepted until we confirm acceptance, and we must receive and process your payment before your order is accepted.
Most items in our store are made to order once you place your order. Please review your order carefully before submitting, as under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, the standard 14-day right to cancel does not apply to goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised, once production has begun. If we are unable to accept, or need to change or cancel, your order, we will contact you using the email, billing address, or phone number provided at the time of order.
You represent and warrant that your purchases are for your own personal use, or as a gift, and not for commercial resale, unless otherwise agreed with us in writing.
SECTION 4 — PRICES AND BILLING
Prices, discounts and promotions are subject to change without notice. The price charged will be the price in effect at the time your order is placed, as set out in your order confirmation email. Unless otherwise stated, posted prices do not include shipping, handling, or import charges where applicable.
Prices shown in our store may differ from prices offered elsewhere, including at markets, fairs, or on other platforms we may sell through.
You agree to provide current, complete and accurate payment information for all purchases, and to promptly update this information as needed so we can complete your transactions and contact you if required.
SECTION 5 — SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Because most items are made to order, please allow for the processing time stated on the product page or in our Shipping Policy [LINK] in addition to standard delivery time.
All delivery times are estimates only. We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs, or events outside our reasonable control. Risk in the goods passes to you once they are delivered to the address you provided; however, this does not affect your statutory rights if goods are lost or damaged in transit due to our fault.
SECTION 6 — INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Our Services, including all trademarks, text, images, graphics, and designs, and the arrangement thereof, are owned by The Artisan Punk or its licensors and are protected by UK and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

The Artisan Punk's name, logo, and designs are trademarks of The Artisan Punk. You must not use them without our prior written permission. Shopify's name and logo are trademarks of Shopify. All other trademarks on the Services belong to their respective owners.

You may be provided with access to tools offered by third parties as part of the Services, which we do not control or monitor. Such tools are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, and we accept no liability arising from your use of them. We may terminate this agreement or your access to the Services at our discretion, at any time, without notice. You remain liable for all amounts due up to the date of termination.
Sections relating to Intellectual Property, Feedback, Disclaimer of Warranties, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification, and any other provision that by its nature should survive, will continue to apply after termination.

Information on the Services is provided for general information purposes only. While we take care to ensure accuracy, we do not warrant that all information is complete or error-free.

This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer, or exclude our liability where it would be unlawful to do so under English law, including for death, personal injury, or fraud.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless The Artisan Punk and Shopify from any losses, damages, or claims (including reasonable legal costs) arising from your breach of these Terms, your violation of any law or third-party right, or your misuse of the Services.

If any provision of these Terms is found unlawful or unenforceable, it will be enforced to the fullest extent permitted, and the remainder of these Terms will remain in full force and effect.

If you are a consumer resident elsewhere in the UK, you may also be entitled to bring proceedings in the courts of your local jurisdiction, and nothing in this clause limits any protections you are entitled to under the law of the country in which you are resident.
