SHIPPING POLICY
Processing time
Every piece at The Artisan Punk is made to order, so please allow 2-4 working days for your item to be made before it's dispatched. This applies whether you've chosen one of our existing designs or a fully custom piece — production only begins once your order is confirmed.
If you need your piece by a specific date, please get in touch before ordering at hello@theartisanpunk.com and we'll do our best to accommodate you.
Delivery time
Once your order has been made and dispatched, delivery typically takes:
- UK: 2-5 working days via Royal Mail
- UK next day or heavier item: Next Day Delivery via DPD
Please note these are estimates provided by our couriers and are not guaranteed. Delivery times are in addition to the processing time above, not instead of it.
Shipping costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size/weight of your order. Free shipping is offered on orders over £50.00
Order tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information, where available.
Delays
We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs processing, or events outside our reasonable control, though we'll always do what we can to keep you updated if a delay affects your order. This doesn't affect your statutory rights if goods are lost or damaged in transit.
International orders
If you're ordering from outside the UK, you may be responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees charged by your country upon delivery. These are outside our control and not included in the price you pay us.
