Welcome to The Artisan Punk. The terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to The Artisan Punk. We run this website and online store, including all related information, content, tools, products and services (the “Services”).
These terms, together with the policies referred to in them, describe your rights and responsibilities when you use the Services. Please read them carefully: they include important information about your legal rights, warranty disclaimers and limitations of liability.
By using the Services you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.
Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer under UK law, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.
1. Access and account
By agreeing to these terms, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, or that you have a parent or guardian’s consent to use the Services.
To buy from us you’ll be asked for information such as your email address and billing, payment and delivery details. You confirm that the information you provide is correct, current and complete.
You are responsible for keeping your account login secure and for all activity on your account. You may not transfer, sell, assign or license your account to anyone else.
2. Our products
We make every effort to show our products accurately. Colours and appearance may differ from how they look on your screen, depending on your device and its settings.
Many of our products are handcrafted or made using laser cutting, engraving or 3D printing, and are made to order. Minor variations in colour, texture, grain or finish between pieces are normal and are not faults.
Product descriptions may change at any time. We may discontinue any product at any time and may limit quantities offered to any person or region.
3. Orders and made-to-order items
When you place an order, you are making an offer to buy. Your order is accepted when we confirm it by email and have received your payment. We may decline an order at our discretion.
Most items are made to order once you place your order, so please review it carefully before submitting. Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, the standard 14-day right to cancel does not apply to goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised, once production has begun. Full details are in our Refund policy.
If we are unable to accept, or need to change or cancel, your order, we will contact you using the email address or phone number you gave with your order.
You confirm that your purchases are for your own personal use or as a gift, and not for commercial resale, unless agreed with us in writing.
4. Prices and billing
Prices, discounts and promotions may change without notice. The price charged is the price in effect when you place your order, as shown in your order confirmation email. Prices do not include delivery unless stated.
Prices in our online store may differ from prices elsewhere, including at markets, fairs or on other platforms we sell through.
Payments are processed securely by Stripe or PayPal. You agree to provide current, complete and accurate payment information.
5. Shipping and delivery
We deliver to UK addresses only. Because most items are made to order, please allow for the processing time stated on the product page or in our Shipping policy in addition to delivery time.
All delivery times are estimates. We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers or events outside our reasonable control. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery to the address you provided; this does not affect your statutory rights if goods are lost or damaged in transit due to our fault.
6. Intellectual property
The Services, including all trademarks, text, images, graphics and designs, are owned by The Artisan Punk or its licensors and are protected by UK and international copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws.
You may use the Services for personal, non-commercial use only. You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display or create derivative works from any material on the Services without our prior written consent.
The Artisan Punk’s name, logo and designs are trademarks of The Artisan Punk and must not be used without our prior written permission. Other trademarks on the Services belong to their respective owners.
7. Third-party services and links
The Services use third-party services, such as Stripe and PayPal for payment, and may link to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content or practices of third-party services or sites; please review their own terms and policies.
8. Privacy
All personal information we collect is handled under our Privacy policy, in line with UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.
9. Feedback
If you send us ideas, suggestions, reviews or other content (“Feedback”), you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce and display it for any purpose, including commercial use. You confirm that you have the right to submit the Feedback and that it does not infringe anyone else’s rights or contain unlawful, defamatory or offensive content.
We may, but are not obliged to, monitor, edit or remove Feedback.
10. Errors, inaccuracies and omissions
Information on the Services may occasionally contain typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions in product descriptions, pricing or availability. We may correct them and update information or cancel affected orders at any time, including after an order has been placed.
11. Prohibited uses
You may use the Services for lawful purposes only. You must not use them to: break any law or regulation; infringe our intellectual property or anyone else’s; harass, defame or harm any person; send false or misleading information, spam or unsolicited promotional material; impersonate any person or organisation; upload viruses or malicious code; scrape or use automated tools (including AI agents) to access the Services without authorisation; or bypass any security measures.
We may suspend or close your account at any time, without notice, if we reasonably believe you have broken these terms.
12. Agents
This section applies if you use or allow an “Agent” — any software that takes autonomous or semi-autonomous action on your behalf to access the Services. Agents must identify themselves in HTTP/HTTPS requests by including “Agent/[agent name]” in the user agent string; must not conceal that access is by an Agent, including by mimicking human behaviour or bypassing CAPTCHAs; must respond truthfully to any question about whether an interaction is from a human or a computer; and must not circumvent any measure intended to control Agent access. We may restrict or block Agent access at our discretion.
13. Termination
We may end this agreement or your access to the Services at any time, without notice. You remain liable for all amounts due up to the date of termination. Sections that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property, feedback, disclaimers, limitation of liability and indemnification — continue to apply.
14. Disclaimer of warranties
Information on the Services is provided for general information only. While we take care to keep it accurate, we do not warrant that all information is complete or error-free.
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded under English law, including your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
15. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Artisan Punk is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss (including loss of profits or data) arising from your use of the Services or any product bought through them. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
16. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify The Artisan Punk against any losses, damages or claims (including reasonable legal costs) arising from your breach of these terms, your breach of any law or third-party right, or your misuse of the Services.
17. Severability
If any provision of these terms is found unlawful or unenforceable, it will be enforced to the fullest extent permitted, and the rest of these terms will remain in full force.
18. Waiver and entire agreement
Our failure to enforce any right or provision is not a waiver of that right. These terms, together with the policies they refer to, form the entire agreement between you and us about your use of the Services.
19. Assignment
You may not transfer or assign these terms or your rights under them without our prior written consent. We may transfer or assign these terms without notice to you.
20. Governing law
These terms, and any dispute arising from them, are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer living elsewhere in the UK, you may also bring proceedings in your local courts, and nothing in this clause limits the protections you are entitled to where you live.

Headings are for convenience only and do not affect how these terms are read.
22. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms by posting changes on this page. Material changes will be notified to you where the law requires. Continuing to use the Services after changes take effect means you accept them.
